I worked with Hitesh on the DoD Healthcare Modernization program. He was an interface engineer, who was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the requirements, design, implementation, test, and transition to operations of several medical system interfaces with the Cerner Electronic Health Record product suite. He learned the technology quickly. He closely tracked and closed technical issues related to interfaces. He coordinated well with other contractors and government senior-level stakeholders. The program office was sorry to see him leave. He would be a valuable asset to any system engineering team.
While at hCentive, Hitesh worked on a very important client project in the emerging healthcare market. He managed the day to day relationship with the client (a Fortune 500 healthcare payer), and it was clear that he had the client’s trust. Hitesh managed the client, the 10+ internal team as well as the communication with the product team very well. Hitesh has the attention to detail and an amazing ability to stay calm under brutally tight deadlines. Highly recommended!

I worked with Hitesh on the Med Watch FAERS project at the FDA. His project management and leadership skills were an asset to the DRT Strategies team who were charged with Project Managment, Testing, and Oracle Strategic Development Partnership activities for the implementation of the Oracle AERS COTS product. Hitesh was a dynamic and flexible resource who could be leveraged for multiple tasks from Project Management to hands-on testing. I worked with Hitesh on a couple of Siebel projects and was very impressed with his style of working. His role as the QA lead enabled the team to detect a significant number of open items early on.
