I worked with Hitesh on the DoD Healthcare Modernization program. He was an interface engineer, who was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the requirements, design, implementation, test, and transition to operations of several medical system interfaces with the Cerner Electronic Health Record product suite. He learned the technology quickly. He closely tracked and closed technical issues related to interfaces. He coordinated well with other contractors and government senior-level stakeholders. The program office was sorry to see him leave. He would be a valuable asset to any system engineering team.
While at hCentive, Hitesh worked on a very important client project in the emerging healthcare market. He managed the day to day relationship with the client (a Fortune 500 healthcare payer), and it was clear that he had the client’s trust. Hitesh managed the client, the 10+ internal team as well as the communication with the product team very well. Hitesh has the attention to detail and an amazing ability to stay calm under brutally tight deadlines. Highly recommended!
Hitesh is a very organized and goal oriented person with good Managerial capabilities. He is a Good team player and has good Leadership qualities.
I worked with Hitesh on the Med Watch FAERS project at the FDA. His project management and leadership skills were an asset to the DRT Strategies team who were charged with Project Managment, Testing, and Oracle Strategic Development Partnership activities for the implementation of the Oracle AERS COTS product. Hitesh was a dynamic and flexible resource who could be leveraged for multiple tasks from Project Management to hands-on testing. I admire Hitesh’s skill set, attitude, and ability to assist in the roll out of complex IT development projects.
I have had the joy and satisfaction of working successfully with Hitesh during my tenure at USAID as a contractor. During that time I have learned to appreciate Hitesh’s educational diversity and interests beyond the scope of work, such as discussing various business ideas while he was studying for his MBA. He has always displayed professional and positive attitude and, in my personal opinion, was always thinking about “the next step”. His technical background and learning aptitude would be an asset to any organization.
We have partnered at various projects and it is always a pleasure to work with Hitesh. Hitesh, being a CEO, is very dedicated and customer oriented person. His entrepreneural skills are very impressing. Hitesh always try to save thousands of dollars to the company but at the same time he is very smart in spending. I would highly recommend Hitesh to any executive position.
Hitesh is one of the select founders invited to join the Founder Institute’s inaugural semester in the Greater DC Area. He’s building a great business with a solid foundation.
I worked with Hitesh on a couple of Siebel projects and was very impressed with his style of working. His role as the QA lead enabled the team to detect a significant number of open items early on. Hitesh provides great attention to detail and partnered extensively with the implementation team as well as the business community. One thing that struck me, in particular, was his attitude of not just identifying the symptoms of a problem, but probe into the root cause and go that extra mile with the development leads. Plus, he is great fun to work with! He can be a valuable asset to any team and I strongly recommend him for his future assignments.
I am impressed with Hitesh’s work as a Software Quality Professional. He has shown versatility in quickly understanding and analyzing the business and technical issues around the software application. His analysis has enabled the teams to identify and fix issues that would be critical to its success. In additional to his considerable technical skills, he has displayed effective communcation skills which would be an asset for any team.
