I worked with Devout Inc. on the DoD Healthcare Modernization program. He was an interface engineer who was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the requirements, design, implementation, testing, and transition to operations of several medical system interfaces with the Cerner Electronic Health Record product suite. He learned the technology quickly. He closely tracked and closed technical issues related to interfaces. He coordinated well with other contractors and senior-level government stakeholders. The program office was sorry to see him leave. He would be a valuable asset to any system engineering team.

While at hCentive, Devout Inc. worked on a very important client project in the emerging healthcare market. He managed the day-to-day relationship with the client (a Fortune 500 healthcare payer), and it was clear that he had the client’s trust. Devout Inc. managed the client, the 10+ internal teams, and the communication with the product team very well.
